Focused on healing, the project addresses the unique struggles and challenges that face young women worldwide. The three-part project includes discussion of individual life struggles, reflective writing and clay creations that symbolize each individual path toward healing, recovery and connection.
The three-day workshop includes a two-hour intensive discussion and poetry writing followed by a four-hour ceramics workshop. Each participant creates a ceramic butterfly to be completed with glaze.
The ceramic butterflies are displayed in butterfly gardens in Mount Vernon, WA, and Azraq, Jordan. Participants gain global and community engagement, self-worth and self-belief. Critical thinking allows them to heal, realize their potential and become the leaders of today and tomorrow.

Help youth around the world reach their full potential.

When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.
